The Fitt Klub bootcamp for kids is a small group exercise and fitness training program designed to help kids with weight loss, endurance, strength, coordination, and social development. Our sessions meet twice a week for 45 minutes and combines cardio and strength training in one session which includes circuits, strength and flexibility stations using their own body weight, obstacle courses, ball games, jump ropes, team building and more.

Bootcamp will constantly challenge kids by offering them consistent and positive motivational support during every session in a fun, non-competitive and non-intimidating environment. Our program is a great way to burn fat, burn calories, get fitt and make new friends in the process.
